September School Holidays
It is time for another school holiday and many parents will start cracking their heads on how and what to keep their children occupied.  Laguna Redang Island Resort will be having daily fun games commencing from 3rd to 12th September 2010. This special event is open to all our valued guests who will be staying with us during this period of time.

There will  be various activities such as Kid's Colouring Contest, Puzzles for Family and Children, Cookie Making, Family Sand Castle Building as well as design and personalize your very own Picture frame or Fridge Magnet and bring it home! Bond your family with these fun games, make it an unforgettable vacation for your loved ones! Prizes and gifts will be given out to winners of each activity! Keep a look out for the very entertaining clown too, watch him do tricks and he might even give out balloon sculptures for FREE!! . 

Mooncake Festival
Chinese moon cake festival is a popular and traditional East Asian holiday. It is a 3000 year tradition and many people in Asia today still celebrate it like their ancestors did. Relive the captivating tales of Mid Autumn Festival at Laguna Redang Island Resort with friends and family, where the Chinese celebration of togetherness and abundance is made even more extraordinary and it is one of the best holidays because traditionally you will get to eat the very delicious moon cake that comes in many different varieties.

On 22nd September, 2010, We will be doing our contribution by upgrading your dinner from Sang Suria Restaurant to The Forward Deck located at beach front ( location may differ without prior notice, subject to weather conditions ).

Not only will you be having your dinner under the moon and the stars, there will also be a Live Band traditional Chinese instrument performance for your listening pleasure as well as fun games. That's not all, after a good meal, we will distribute lanterns to our valued guests, so come join us for a walk on the beach for our annual Lantern Parade in this memorable and enjoyable Moon Cake Festival.
