Terms of Use
- This offer is subject to room availability and rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), Inclusive of 10% service charge.
- Full security deposit is required prior to arrival.
- Conservation fund to Marine Park (Malaysian @ RM5.00 per adult and RM2.00 per child / Non-Malaysian @ RM30.00 per adult and RM15.00 per child) is NOT included.
- All meals served at Sang Suria Restaurant and in buffet style except for the optional Steamboat Set Dinner on the 3rd extension night.
- Child rates apply to children 4-12 years old. Infant 3 years old and below is free.
- Rates quoted are NOT including 6% GST. 6% GST will be charged on all booking starting 1 April 2015 onwards.
- There will be NO refund or reduction of rates on any services provided in the package which is not utilized.
- Full security deposit is required upon confirmation and all security deposit will be converted to Cancellation Charges should there be any cancellation.
- The Resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
